The Vancouver Sun's election day exit poll predicts that Vision Vancouver's Gregor Robertson is on his way to being the next mayor of Vancouver. Polling showed Robertson with a 57-39 advantage. 

The Sun's teaser read, "One mayoral candidate is running away with the election, according to our results," which got the 24 newsroom speculating that it would be Robertson.

A more detailed report shows more votes for COPE's David Cadman than NPA councillor Suzanne Anton, which is raising the spirits at COPE's election headquarters on East Broadway.
