Judy Villeneuve leads council candidates with 6,447 votes; Barbara Steele, 5,869, Tom Gill, 5,777; Linda Hepner, 6,107; Mary Martin, 5,956; Bob Bose, 4,636; Marvin Hunt, 3,661.
