COPE council candidate Ellen Woodsworth appears to have pulled out a victory in the final polls to reclaim a seat on council.
Woodsworth, who was turfed from council in the 2005 vote, garnered 38,919 votes. Her late charge allowed her to catch NPA candidate Michael Geller, who garnered 37,847. There are 132 of 134 polls reporting.
