What’s old could very well become new again when incumbent Don MacLean attempts to extend his run as Pitt Meadows mayor to a fourth term.

Like counterparts in neighbouring municipalities, MacLean must address growing voter concerns over along-term growth strategy to address urban issues, such as unsafe streets and general sketchiness, balanced by interests of constituents living away from the city’s main strip on agricultural lands.
