A massive landslide victory for Mayor Dianne Watts of Surrey and her entire Surrey First team. Her opponents didn't even come close to her and her six colleagues.

Dianne Watts is sweeping to power with a full slate.

Initial polls have Watts at 7,746 votes whiler challenger has 1,183.

Both camps seem confident. The NPA office is apparently humming along. Vision have a huge turnout for their GOTV effort as well. Drivers in abundance.

Surrey mayor Dianne Watts's win over Doug McCallum in 2005 didn't just change the name on the mayor's office, it remade Surrey's political landscape. McCallum's right-wing Surrey Electors Team, which dominated City Hall for a decade, no longer exists. Fractious council meetings have been replaced by what could pass for a unity government.
