Delta: Jackson returns for fourth term

The final results at Delta municipal hall brought shouts, cheers and a few tears.

Delta Mayor set to go it alone

For the first time in more than 20 years, Lois Jackson will be running as an independent after splitting from her former political party, TriDelta. She will be facing off against a familiar face in Krista Engelland, a current councillor who was also part of the TriDelta team. The mayor’s former party has endorsed Engelland along with three other hopefuls.
